A vetted, fully insured Taurion valet collects your car at the agreed time. We document its condition before departure.

We charge your EV or fill your tank at a trusted partner station nearby.

Your car comes back to you: charged, fueled, and ready to go. Condition is re-documented on return.

Frequently asked questions

What areas do you serve?

Taurion currently serves residents and professionals across Miami, with pickup available at your home, office, or anywhere in the city. Reach out if you're just outside the area. We're expanding.

How do I book a pickup?

Request a visit through the booking widget on this site, or call or text us directly. You'll confirm a pickup window and we handle the rest.

Can you access my parking garage or gated community?

Yes, in most cases. Miami has a lot of gated communities, condo garages, and office buildings, and we're set up to work with them. Just include any gate codes, visitor instructions, or building contact info when you book, and our valet will coordinate access ahead of time.

Do you handle both EVs and gas vehicles?

Yes. We charge electric vehicles at a partner charging station or fill gas vehicles at a nearby station, whichever your car needs.

Is my car insured while it's with you?

Yes. Every visit is covered by commercial auto and garage-keepers liability insurance, and every driver is licensed, insured, and background-checked.

Is the cost of electricity or gas included?

No. Charging or fueling costs are billed to you at market price on the day of your visit, with no markup. On top of that, a $49 service fee covers up to 60 minutes of pickup, charging or fueling, and return. If a visit runs longer (most common with EV charging on a near-empty battery), overtime is billed at $15 per additional 30 minutes or part of. Members pay a discounted service fee per visit; electricity, fuel, and overtime are billed the same way regardless of membership.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booked visit?

Yes. Cancel or reschedule at no charge any time before your valet is dispatched. Once a valet is on the way but hasn't arrived, you can still cancel free of charge. If the valet has already arrived and your vehicle hasn't been picked up yet, a $5 cancellation fee applies. Once pickup is underway, the visit can no longer be cancelled through the site — just call or text us and we'll help.

Can I cancel my membership?

Anytime. Monthly memberships can be cancelled whenever you'd like and stay active through the end of the current billing cycle.
