Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website taurionauto.com and the vehicle concierge services ("Services") offered by Taurion Auto Concierge LLC ("Taurion," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using the Services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Taurion provides valet-style vehicle concierge services, including coordinating electric-vehicle charging, gas fueling, and related convenience services for clients in our serviced areas (currently Doral and greater Miami-Dade County, Florida). Service availability, areas, and hours are subject to change.

2. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or an authorized user of the vehicle to request Services.
• You must provide accurate vehicle, contact, and location information.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is legally parked and accessible, and for disclosing any known mechanical issues relevant to the visit.
• You must maintain valid vehicle insurance in accordance with Florida law.

3. Booking, Access, and Keys

Service requests may be made by phone, text, WhatsApp, or through the Site. Where a visit requires temporary access to your vehicle (including keys or key fobs), you authorize Taurion personnel to access, move, and operate your vehicle solely to perform the requested Service. Taurion personnel will operate your vehicle only as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable traffic laws.

4. Membership Plans, Fees, and Referral Rewards

4.1 Current pricing is as follows: a $49 base service fee per visit, covering up to 60 minutes of pickup, charging or fueling, and return. Electricity and fuel are always billed separately at market price, with no markup. If a visit runs past 60 minutes, overtime is billed at $15 per additional 30 minutes or part of. Taurion also offers monthly memberships: Taurion Reserve at $89/month (2 visits), Taurion Signature at $179/month (4 visits), and Taurion Sovereign at $329/month (8 visits). Membership covers the service fee only; electricity, fuel, and overtime are always billed separately and apply the same way regardless of membership. Current pricing is also posted on the Site and may be updated from time to time; changes will not affect visits already paid for under a prior rate.

4.2 Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at signup. You may cancel a membership at any time effective at the end of the current billing period, unless a separate promotional term applies.

4.3 Referral rewards are credited as described on the Site at the time the referral is made and are subject to change for new referrals going forward. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.

4.4 Fuel, electricity, and any third-party charging-network costs incurred during a visit are the responsibility of the Client unless a plan expressly states otherwise, and will be itemized and billed accordingly.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a visit by contacting us at least two (2) hours before the scheduled window at no charge. Cancellations made after Taurion personnel have been dispatched, or repeated late cancellations, may incur a service fee as posted on the Site.

6. Vehicle Condition, Damage, and Liability

6.1 Taurion personnel will exercise reasonable care in handling your vehicle. You should report any pre-existing damage at the time of booking.

6.2 If Taurion causes direct physical damage to your vehicle through the negligence of our personnel while performing the Services, we will address the claim through our commercial insurance and work with you in good faith to resolve it.

6.3 Taurion is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, damage caused by manufacturer defects, acts of third parties, or damage arising from inaccurate information you provided (such as an incorrect charging port type or vehicle specification).

6.4 To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Taurion's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Requesting Services for a vehicle you are not authorized to access.
• Providing false vehicle, payment, or contact information.
• Threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct toward Taurion personnel.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Insurance

Taurion maintains commercial auto and garage-keepers liability insurance appropriate to the Services provided. Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce coverage required under applicable Florida law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Taurion harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your unlawful use of the Services, except to the extent caused by Taurion's own negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination of Service

Taurion may suspend or terminate Services to any Client who violates these Terms, engages in unsafe conduct, or fails to pay amounts owed, with notice where reasonably practicable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
